Goddess Summoning Series ~ PC Cast

In my opinion, I absolutely loved the Goddess Summoning Series.
There's romance, adventure, humor and a little bit of horror.
My favorite of the series would be....
Goddess of the Rose and Goddess of the Sea
The first story I read was Goddess of the Sea.

Goddess of the Sea hooked me to the rest of the stories. It was a really a sensitive and magically entertaining love story. I truly enjoyed this book and perhaps it is because - maybe, deep down, I do believe in magic that I will recommend this to all of you who want to capture the magic of a truly magical love story.
Detra Fitch for Huntress Reviews says If you do not believe in magic, stay away from this novel. But for those of us who do believe, or want to be convinced that magic does exist, here is the novel for you! Written like a fairy tale for adults, this book is perfect to cuddle up with on long chilly nights or days you may be snowed in. It will whisk you away to a warm tropical island for wonderful light reading.
I completely agree with her!

Goddess of the Rose was sexy and alluring, adventurous and comical all at the same time. I love how PC Cast weaves old myths with new stories. She strung the Minotaur and Beauty and the Beast together to create Goddess of the Rose. I found the story to be a lovely way out from reality and I was sad when it ended. It's a romance so you know there will be a happy ending -- that's one of the charms -- but part of the fun in Cast's books is trying to figure out how she's going to resolve the impossible situation she set up and then enjoying her clever and logical solution. I especially like the spiritual undertones in her books, which in this case includes forgiveness and learning from mistakes, not to mention not judging by appearances.
